Sounds like I need some fishing tips too. I’ve not done much of the catching and cooking part of it lately!

What makes you think that your eating is any less a prob than a drunk?

when I ‘over eat’ I don’t abuse my family, cause fatal car accidents, and spend all my savings.

Some people go shopping and spend therapeutically , others look at pornagraphic images

I see the problem with materialsim and idolatry, but the destruction and exploitation of women and children is much much worse.

For some reason I see a danger in equating all sins as the same.

11 kgs is a great effort.
I was aim to be down from 101.5 to 85 by Christmas – but I think its too dramatic.

yes sustainable and permanent.

Ali and I are using the weight watchers diet, but to kick start we tried the soup diet. I don’t recommend doing it longer than a week, but it definitely cleans you out.

lots of water is brilliant too.
