I have now lost …
November 2, 2009
6.5 kgs in 2 weeks, but I had a lax weekend and lost discipline.
eating like a sparrow and dumping like an elephant.
the secret is low carbs, sweat, lots of steamed vegies and a serious cut back on lattes.
any hints?

Run, Shane, run…
Also, it has to be a lifestyle change that is sustainable and permanent. I am 10-11 kgs down on 6 months ago!

11 kgs is a great effort.
I was aim to be down from 101.5 to 85 by Christmas – but I think its too dramatic.
yes sustainable and permanent.
Ali and I are using the weight watchers diet, but to kick start we tried the soup diet. I don’t recommend doing it longer than a week, but it definitely cleans you out.
lots of water is brilliant too.
